Only a walk-in assignment removes a barber from rotation. They move to Busy / Cutting, then return to the back after they finish and the shop’s configured minimum service time has passed. Appointments do not affect this list.

Colors and holiday backgrounds change instantly while you edit. Queue status rows always retain the original walk-in status colors. Save & Apply Theme updates the selected preset instead of creating duplicates. Use Create New Preset only when you want another theme.
